Delivery is normally with package shipping with GLS parcel service. A delivery to a packing station is not possible. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping method and another parcel in case of need.

Shipping after receipt of payment. We ship daily. All payments received by us before 12:00 clock will be processed and go on the same day shipping. After payment you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code, so you can always track your delivery status. A delivery is sometimes not possible. Then you get a calling card for the pickup of your shipment. This notification cards partially disappear inexplicably. Then you wait for the supply and delivery waiting for you. If you have not received the delivery 3 days after receiving our shipment confirmation, please contact us, we will then share with the pickup address or clarify the problem if necessary.

The shipping time is 1-2 working days in Germany, the shipping time for European countries is 2-4 working days.

Important info for the calculation of delivery:

The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance on the day after the payment order to the referring institution or other payment methods (eg PayPal, credit card) to run after the conclusion of the day and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. Falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery of the last day of the period, as occurs the next business day at the place of such a day.

If delivery is on German islands falls a surcharge of 5, - €.

- Shipping group 1 (Easy parcel)
You pay only 1x shipping cost, regardless how many items you order from this group! All items form categories: Polisher, accessories polisher, LCD bracket, accessories massage table, hot-/cold therapy

- Shipping group 2 (Heavy parcel)
Because the parcel size, you pay for each item shipping cost from this group. There are the following items:  Massage chairs, massage table (not electrically)

- Shipping group 3 Forwarding
You pay a fixed price for a pallet. There are the following items: Electric massage table

*1 = surcharge for islands + 5,- € (e.g. Rügen, Korsika)
*2 = surcharge for islands + 20,- €. Balearic Islands (Can not be delivered:: Massage table, Massage chairs)
*3 = surcharge for islands + 90,- €. Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, Gibraltar .
       (Can not be delivered:: Massage table, Massage chairs) For private persons we will need your
       ID-number, for business persons we will need your tax ID number for our invoice.
*4 = surcharge for islands + 22,- € (ca. 20 GBP). (Can not be delivered:: Massage table, Massage chairs)
        Channel Island, Offshor Island, Northern Ireland, North West Scotland. (Post zip: BT, GY. HS, IM, JE, ZE)
*5 = shipping costs include freight costs and customs clearance. Additionally you will have to pay for duties as 
        well as import turnover    tax for Switzerland! The stated sales price will be reduced by German VAT
        of 19 %. For clients from Samnaun area there is a surcharge of 50,- € !
*6 = No shipping to islands
*7 = surcharge payable by + 15, - € for: 07000-09999 Sardinia, 22060 Campione D`Italia, 23030 Livigno
       47890-47899 San Marino, 90000-98100 Sicily
